This unbuilt project was a renovation of a former warehouse space in London's Docklands area into a 60 seat, American-service style restaurant. The existing space contained a lofted floor area and the new design installed the prep and storage areas below this and the kitchen at the rear of the space separated from the seating area by a curving wall of copper tiles.
