This project consists of the renovation of an existing historic house and the construction of 4 single-family houses and two duplexes on a large tree-lined street in Boulder’s South Whittier neighborhood.
Located on a formerly single-family lot, this project brought needed density to the neighborhood while still preserving the historic house and the streetscape.
